$210 / 90 minutesA session just for you. At your pace, we will explore your goals and reasons for coming to therapy. We will slowly build a trusting, safe relationship where you feel capable of unravelling difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences. I will provide warmth, validation, curiosity, and gentle questioning to explore your patterns, feelings, relationships, and beliefs. We will tailor our counselling methods to meet your specific needs, preferences, and capacity. In-person or online.
Therapy usually uses a variety of different techniques. Some specific types of therapy techniques I am able to offer are: CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Emotions-Focused therapy, Feminist Therapy, Somatic Experiencing and Mind-Body connection. For a variety of relationship dynamics from romantic partners, co-parents, family relations, ethical non-monogamy, and more. In-person or online.
Relationship counselling is a courageous vote of hope and love. Wether you are stuck in a cycle of disagreement, wanting to communicate more effectively, or needing to figure out next steps of your relationship, I am hear to help guide and navigate your connection. I use both Emotion-Focused and Gottman Method techniques for partnerships.
With two or more people in the room, more time is usually helpful. 60 minute sessions are also available by request for a lesser cost.

I understand what it's like to not be able to afford adequate support and healthcare. If cost is what's getting in the way of you accessing therapy, please don't hesitate to reach out here. Sliding scale range is dependent on individual circumstances and can always be discussed and adjusted.
I currently have a very limited number of pro bono (free) and under $50 sessions. Priority is given to folks who are formerly incarcerated, facing/fleeing oppression/violence, are unhoused, or do not have a livable income. Send me a request and I will reach out to you to chat about your needs.

Group and peer support is a wonderful and incredibly validating way to receive support and care. Check out The Den Wellness Collective for our current list of groups running.

I primarily practice and study Vinyasa and Hatha yoga for over 5 years. Yoga is a thousands of years-old philosophy originating in Northern India. I "teach" from an Eight Limbs perspective, encompassing mind, body, and spirit.
