Compassionate, down to earth therapy for individuals and relationships in Vancouver, BC
Ground Up Counselling
We’re not meant to go at life alone. If you’re struggling with your mental health, have difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences that need unravelling, or want to gain a deeper insight into who you are - I am here to support you.
Whether you are coming to therapy for the first time or are well-acquainted, I’ll meet you where you’re at with warmth, radical acceptance, and steadiness.
Anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, queer experiences, and formerly incarcerated folks are a few of the reasons people commonly come to me for counselling.
A soft place to find your ground.
Nothing is too big or too small for the therapy room.
Find the right therapy, just for you

Subsidized Counselling
Counselling can feel daunting. We might even feel resistant to the idea of doing therapy. My approach is to meet you where you are at.
My practice is holistic - encompassing mind, body, spirit, and community in your healing journey. I lean into emotions, developmental patterns, mind-body connection, and environmental/systemic factors. I provide compassionate challenging and exploration.
We will move slowly, creating trust and safety through a genuine connection. I value your autonomy and am committed to your care.
